Props still needed:
Coat Rack: adult size, lightweight
Black Umbrella: traditional, with point
Cap: old-fashioned newsboy cap, lightweiht
Notes:
Promptness: Please make sure your child is on time for school on the days of the performances. If you chld needs a microphone, you'll need to make sure they are at school by 8:00 or 8:15 a.m. (You will be notified if your child is going to have body mic.)
Cast Party: Val Muir is coordinating. She will need parents to help make/bring food and help set up. Look for sign-ups at the classroom door.
Set Break Down: After the final performance, we will need any strong bodies available to get it done as quickly as possible.
Priority Seating: Wednesday night - K, 2 families
Thursday night - 1, 3 families
